An iconic and multifaceted actress. A two-time Goya Award nominee, she has worked under the direction of internationally renowned filmmakers such as Robert Altman, Mike Figgis, Patrice Leconte, Mehdi Chareff, Terry Gilliam, and Karim Dridi.
 
Her performance in Hors Jeu earned her the Best Actress award at the prestigious Locarno Film Festival (Switzerland). She starred in Madame, written and directed especially for her by Amanda Sthers, for which she won the Best International Performance award at the Gasparilla
International Film Festival.
 
Among her recent works are titles such as The Man Who Killed Don Quixote (Terry Gilliam), Mi hermano persigue dinosaurios (winner of the David Giovanni Award in Italy), Tu me manques, A pesar de todo and Los Rodríguez y el más allá.
 
On television, she has shone in hits such as Manolo Caro's musical series Érase una vez... pero ya no ya ( Netflix), Los Javis' La Mesías and Scort Boys.
 
In film, she has been a muse for Pedro Almodóvar throughout his career. In 2025, she starred in the French romantic comedy Honeymoon with My Mother, currently a hit on Netflix.
 
This year she will release Días de Caza, a female-led reimagining of Carlos Saura's famous film La Caza (The Hunt), in which she stars alongside Carmen Machi and Blanca Portillo, directed by Pedro Aguilera.
