Leonor García-Agua, lawyer and director of the promotional brand Sabor a Málaga, is passionate about the aromas, colours and flavours of her homeland. She grew up with strong values of respect for produce, recognising the work and effort of the families who, with masterful craftsmanship, provide us with delicacies that strive for excellence every day. For more than a decade, she has been at the head of the brand created by the Provincial Council, planning and promoting activities that foster and publicise its culinary and gastronomic wealth. In her day to day work, she develops strategies and collaborations with various sectors, including the audiovisual sector, to continue building opportunities in the 104 areas of the province, opening windows to the world, and where each of those that play a role, that is, producers, chefs, restaurateurs, small traders, self-employed workers, distributors, schools and associations linked to the agri-food, livestock and hospitality sector, tell the brilliant portrait of Sabor a Málaga, worthy of being spread from the big screen to the most modest of homes. It recognises that cinema, and its ability to tell and transmit the gastronomic essence of our province, becomes an essential tool to capture experiences and sensations that bring us closer to the soul of Sabor a Málaga.

It is a window that shows us our legacy and builds bridges between its past, present and future.
