SYNOPSIS The president of the government, a loyal, scrupulous and neat man, is trapped in a public toilet without paper, in the middle of an election campaign. Defenseless and unable to get out, he discovers what kind of people he is surrounded by. Only if he can overcome his scruples will he be able to save his throne.
