SYNOPSIS
A mammoth animal, an ancient fishery, a meat desired throughout the planet. In
Big Red, the chef Ángel León will become a tuna and will immerse himself in an adventure as fascinating as it is tasty in which we will learn all the secrets of the Almadraba bluefin tuna and discover its relationship with humans, its current capture system, its use in Barbate cuisine, the cultural and gastronomic exchange between the West and Japan to end with a genuine marine barbecue.
Charly Birdman
His real name is Carlos González de la Peña Romero, Jerez de la Frontera, 1983. He is a creative who develops his professional activity in the field of applied creativity. For 16 years he has worked in various communication sectors covering different disciplines such as design, photography, cooking, gastronomic research and documentary film. He has spent a large part of his career at El Bulli Foundation as a researcher, designer, photographer and later as coordinator of the foundation's audiovisual department. Five years ago, together with his partner Marta Lojendio, he founded the audiovisual production company Cooker Stories, specialising in gastronomic content.
