SYNOPSIS Ana (Almudena Amor), a nursing assistant, begins to feel attracted to Agustín (Javier Rey), the husband of the woman in a vegetative state that she has been hired to take care of. Soon she begins to be harassed by strange paranormal phenomena that seem to try to throw her out of the house and separate her from Agustín.

Laura Alvea She is an Andalusian filmmaker with more than two decades of experience in various fields: she has been a screenwriter for feature films such as Ánimas in 2018, Netflix, assistant director in dozens of films and series like The Endless Trench, Burn, Madrid, Burn, The Motive, Lemon and Poppy Seed Cake or Tin & Tina. She has directed documentaries such as Fernando Torres: The Last Symbol in 2020, Amazon Prime; feature films such as The Extraordinary Tale in 2013, Netflix; and series such as the thriller The Snow Girl in 2023, Netflix. Her latest work as a director is the feature film The Sleeping Woman and she is currently immersed in directing the second season of The Snow Girl.
