SYNOPSIS For over 10,000 years, the Doñana marsh in southern Andalusia has honored a female divinity, symbolizing the bond between community and nature. Now Europe’s most significant National Park, it faces threats to its preservation. The Marisma’s story reflects the community’s enduring strength in preserving its identity amid constant change.
