Humberto Tavárez He is a Dominican director and screenwriter with a background in clinical psychology and creative writing, interested in exploring stories about social mores through humor and insight. In 2020, he made his directorial debut with the short film The Behind. In 2024, he premiered his debut feature, Pérez Rodríguez, and also shot his second feature, Kiki & Kiki. Both projects reflect his characteristic style, addressing universal themes from fresh and comedic perspectives.
