SYNOPSIS Germán is a driver who transports women working as slaves in brothels on the Costa del Sol. Broke and lost, he tries to get by working for his friend Cacho, who manages several of these clubs for a local mafia. One night, he is presented with what seems like a chance to change his life, but this decision will put him in more danger than ever. He has only one option left, the same one that Alina thinks about every night: to escape.

He studied Film at NYU and at the San Antonio de los Baños Film and Television School, Cuba. Upon his return from New York, he worked as an assistant director and studied Acting and Directing. During those years, he directed three short films, including
Elena quiere in 2007, which premiered at the Málaga Film Festival. His debut feature film,
No sé decir adiós, 2017, received critical acclaim and more than 30 awards, including four Biznagas in Málaga, the Goya Award for Best Actress for Nathalie Poza, and a nomination for Best New Director. He has directed fiction series such as
Escenario 0: Los mariachis (HBO) and
Élite (Netflix). Now, he presents his second feature film,
Hamburgo, which will soon hit theaters.
