SYNOPSIS Obtaining the Foreigner Identity Card in Spain becomes a satire that tests patience. After navigating the process themselves, a group of filmmakers decides to investigate the system. They uncover an impenetrable bureaucracy and a black market for appointments hoarded by bots. Migrants share their stories, a collective book of complaints, while authorities respond with endless deferrals. Frustrated, the filmmakers launch a campaign to redistribute appointments to those still trapped in the administrative queue.
