SYNOPSIS Miguel Poveda embarks on an intimate journey in the footsteps of Federico García Lorca, not as a tribute but as a personal quest. Over several years, he travels through the places that shaped the poet—Granada, Madrid, Cadaqués, Montevideo, Havana—to illuminate what has been forgotten and to better understand himself. Song, words, and memory intertwine in a dialogue between past and present. Enlorquecido is the story of two artists bound by beauty, passion, marginalization, and art as a form of resistance.
Manuel Huelva Film and television editor. Enlorquecido marks his debut as a director, a first work conceived from the editing room as a space for thought and creation. Working with hours of footage, Manu finds the film’s meaning, structure, and rhythm, shaping its direction from within. His editorial gaze proves essential in articulating the documentary’s emotional journey and delivering its final message with clarity and depth. FILMOGRAPHY Enlorquecido.
