He was born in Barcelona in 1967 and is a screenwriter and film director. He studied film at the Municipal School of Audiovisuals in Barcelona. He made his directorial debut in 1998 together with Argentine filmmaker Daniel Gimelberg with
Hotel Room. He was the creator and showrunner of the series
Jet Lag (TV3). In 2003, he directed his first solo feature film,
In the City, which received several nominations for the Goya Awards.
