SYNOPSIS Incorrespondencias is a film essay that narrates the coexistence between a young filmmaker and his grandfather, Jaime de Armiñán. The grandson writes him a letter that will take them on a journey through vital places in both of their lives. Emotional and sad memories that will give rise to issues such as miscommunication, death, art, and an indelible legacy. "I started to write you a letter that was left halfway, or possibly and hopefully, I will never finish writing...”
Eduardo de Armiñán
He began his journey into filmmaking in 2019, co-creating the documentary
El niño de las dos culturas in the Sahara alongside his father. That same year, they started studying acting and theater at the Working Progress School in Madrid. In 2022, he began his film studies at ECAM, pursuing a diploma in Documentary and Cinematography. During this time, he also worked as a photography assistant and created actor portfolios. In 2023, he studied lighting with Santiago Racaj, direction with Enrique Urbizu and documentary filmmaking with Chema García Ibarra.
