SYNOPSIS Churrería Maravillas opens on New Year’s Eve. Inés accepts the holiday shift because she cannot afford otherwise. Miguel, the owner, tightens his grip on the staff and pushes the business to its limits with an improvised delivery service and undocumented workers. As the city celebrates, the night accelerates amid hot oil, incoming orders and mounting pressure: until something happens and forces everything to stop, exposing another question: how far must we dehumanize ourselves to survive in a place that no longer waits for anyone?
