SYNOPSIS Rami Hernández is a Spanish scientist exiled in the USA after causing a massive blackout in Madrid. He lives with Rubén, his assistant, while trying to perfect a homemade teleporter. When a teleported wedding photo disintegrates after one minute, he clashes with Julia, his pregnant wife, who wants him back in Spain. Meanwhile, an obsessive electrical inspector threatens to cut his power and ruin everything.
Nicolás Delgado de la Cámara
Studied filmmaking at the University of Southern California, where he was mentored by Robert Zemeckis. His graduation short,
The Macabre World of Lavender Williams, starring Christopher Lloyd and John Lithgow, screened at over 40 festivals. After graduating, he joined the Universal Writers Program, writing feature scripts for Universal. He currently lives between Los Angeles and Madrid, where he is developing a horror comedy.
The One Minute Problem is his latest short.
