A specialist in social and anthropological cinema, he is a producer, director, and screenwriter whose work focuses on human rights, as well as historical projects aimed at preserving national identity and cultural and artistic heritage. He has won Panama’s National Film Fund four times in different categories (2014 and 2019). He recently completed filming It Happened in January, a production featuring a renowned international cast, scheduled for release in 2027.
