The 29th Festival de Málaga, organised by Malaga City Council through Málaga Procultura, comes to an end this Sunday 15 March with the traditional Festival Marathon, a special day of screenings that brings together on the big screen some of the films that have won the main awards this year. The public will be able to enjoy the award-winning titles again in the various theatres of the Albéniz Cinema throughout the day.

Among the most outstanding films are the winners of the Golden Biznaga for Best Iberoamerican Film, El jardín que soñamos, and the Golden Biznaga for Best Spanish Film, Yo no moriré de amor, as well as the Audience Biznaga of the Official Competition, Pioneras. Solo querían jugar.

The event will begin at 5:00 pm in the Albéniz Cinema, Screen 1, with the screening of El jardín que soñamos, winner of the Golden Biznaga for Best Ibero-American Film. This will be followed at 7.15 p.m. by the screening of Pioneras. Solo querían jugar, which won the Biznaga del Público (Audience Award) in the Official Competition. The programme in this theatre will conclude at 10:00 p.m. with Yo no moriré de amor, which won the Golden Biznaga Award for Best Spanish Film.

The screenings will also continue in other theatres of the Albéniz Cinema with various award-winning titles from this year's festival. In Screen 2, at 4.15 p.m., you will be able to see El mapa para tocarte, Silver Biznaga for Best Documentary. At 6:30 pm it will be the turn of Hangar rojo,  which received the Critics' Award in the Official Competition, and at 9:30 pm Iván & Hadoum, Silver Biznaga Special Jury Prize will be shown.

Meanwhile, Screen 3 will host the screenings of the award-winning titles from the Zonazine section. At 6:30 p.m., La carn (The Flesh), winner of the Silver Biznaga for Best Spanish Film in this section, will be screened, and at 9:50 p.m., Oca, winner of the Silver Biznaga for Best Ibero-American Film in the Zonazine section, will be shown.
