He is a producer, director, and one of the founders of Morena Films. As a director, he has focused on documentaries. In 2013, he won the Goya Award for best documentary with Sons of the Clouds, 2012. Since then, he has directed 8 documentaries with a long journey and international impact, such as the short film Hope in 2016, Sanctuary in 2019, a portrait of Greenpeace's campaign for the Antarctic Ocean, starring the Bardem brothers. His latest feature films, Tequila. Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll, 2022, and The Life of Brianeitor, 2023, had their world premieres at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.
