SYNOPSIS Aramburu, the only restaurant with two Michelin stars in Buenos Aires, is the last bastion of fine dining. Alfred Oliveri He has dedicated his life to art and entertainment. An author and producer, he founded the production company House of Chef, where he develops feature-length documentaries about stories from the gastronomic world, as well as fiction within the same field. His films have garnered international recognition, including two Silver Biznagas at the Málaga Film Festival, and have premiered three times at the San Sebastián Film Festival and the Marché du Film at Cannes. In 2024, his documentary Virgilio won the Bronze at the New York Festivals and received a nomination for the International Emmy Awards in the 'Arts Programming' category.
