SYNOPSIS Coming full Circle is a documentary that traces the personal and professional journey of Daniel Ochoa, from his training and the creation of the restaurant Montia to its reconstruction after a fire destroyed the original space. Set in the Sierra de Madrid, Montia represents a radical commitment to sustainability, local produce, and coherence between life and craft. Through an intimate lens, the film explores how cooking can regenerate human connections, reconnect us with the land, and propose more honest ways of inhabiting the world.

Born in Casablanca in 1981, is a producer and communicator with over twenty years of experience in the audiovisual sector. She has worked on international productions for platforms such as HBO and Netflix, and at leading festivals including Cannes, Berlinale, and San Sebastián.
