SYNOPSIS Sardas, 36 inhabitants. The mountains surround it, winter isolates it, and nature reclaims its space. In this environment, Toño Rodríguez transformed a school catering business into an obsession: a Michelin Star. This is no romantic dream; it is resistance. The pressure of high-end cuisine wears down the team and pushes their families to the limit. A journey of roots and craft to prove that the avant-garde can be born, and survive, in the most remote corner, even when the demand for success threatens to break everything else.
