SYNOPSIS One day, Tetsuro Maeda (Tetsu) leaves his home, walks through the forests of the Atxondo valley, and arrives at his restaurant, Txispa. As he works, he recalls his life, from his birth in Tokyo to the present day, when his restaurant holds a Michelin star. Surrounded by the aromas and flavors of Anboto, a mountain steeped in myth for the Basque people, Tetsu reflects on his dishes, shaping them with color and form so that his guests may taste the dazzling landscape seen from its summit.

In 1996, he became a founding partner of the production company MCA Audiovisuales, where he worked as a director and audiovisual content editor for companies and institutions, as well as on documentaries for various NGOs (Manos Unidas, Zabalketa, Fundación Codespa). Since 2002, he has been part of the production company Digytal Audiovisuales, carrying out directing, filming, and editing work on institutional videos, commercials, television programs, documentaries, and other audiovisual projects.
