SYNOPSIS Teresa changes her vacation plans to help her mother, who has had a minor accident. Mother and daughter will spend a stifling summer together, unable to agree on even the most trivial things. However, their forced coexistence will bring to the surface deeper issues than initially expected, and during the summer nights, Teresa will experience some revealing moments with her mother.

She began as a screenwriter and director with the multi-award-winning short film
Luisa no está en casa, the only Spanish representation at the 2012 Venice Biennale and winner of the Gaudí Award in 2013.
Viaje al cuarto de una madre, her debut feature film, premiered at New Directors section of the 2018 San Sebastian Film Festival, where it won the jury's Special Mention. The film received four Goya Awards nominations and won, among others, four Gaudí Awards, one Feroz Award, four Asecan Awards and also a nomination for best first film at the Platino Awards. She has worked in animation, co-created the children's series
Mironins and published the book
Celia gets bored in 2017.
Los pequeños amores is her second fiction feature film.
