SYNOPSIS Manolín is one of those almost mythological figures, linked to sand, fire, sea and air, with a Marenga family tradition and decades of dedication to the hospitality industry. A man who grew up in the sand and was not called to be an amoragaor. Our documentary is a call to recognise and promote the best gastronomic and tourist tradition of our coast, personified by its Master of Ceremonies.
