SYNOPSIS Javier, a well-to-do politician, faces a dilemma when a toxic leak from a company that funds his party threatens to contaminate a neighbouring town. While trying to cover up the disaster and dealing with personal problems, he has a minor accident with another driver, whose family will turn out to be directly affected by the spill.
Miguel Ángel Marqués Bordoy
Born in Mallorca in the late '90s. He studied Audiovisual and Filmmaking at EDIB, where he directed his first short film,
Zama, co-produced with Toni Bestard. The project obtains 43 festival selections, including six qualifiers for the Goya Awards. In 2023, he moved to Madrid to pursue two master's degrees in Screenwriting and Directing at the Instituto del Cine. In 2024, he co-founded Baldufa Films S.L. and directed his second project,
Urtajo, starring actor José Luis García-Pérez.
