The Core School Short Film Competition, an initiative that promotes and showcases emerging talent in the audiovisual field, offering young creators the opportunity to present their work at one of the major events in Spanish cinema. The competition, organised by
The Core School, rewards creativity, innovation and narrative excellence in the short film format. Those interested in participating can

The winning short film will have the opportunity to be screened at the Festival de Málaga and will receive its award at the Zonazine gala of the 29th edition.
The registration period is open from 5 to 26 February, 2026.
