Born in Vélez Málaga, Spain, in 1975. He studied law, but his artistic journey has always been deeply connected to cinema and theatre. Based in Granada, he is a self-taught filmmaker by vocation. In 2018, his first short film, Dientes, gained official selections and awards at various international festivals, such as the Skepto Film Festival in Italy and the Mumbai Film Festival in India. His next project, in 2020, ReinventionK365d, was featured in prominent festivals like the Palena Film Festival in Italy, Tequila Film Festival in Mexico, Piriapolis Film Festival in Uruguay) and Murchante Short Film Festival in Spain. Reinas in 2022 received selections at events such as Obscura Film Festival in Berlin, Madrid Film Festival, Sabadell Horror Festival and Film Maudit 2.0 from Los Angeles. A Date with Candy is his fourth work.
