SYNOPSIS The Dish: La paella tells the story of Toni, a farmer who, with patience and dedication, cooks
paella the traditional way: slowly, without haste, using local ingredients and with deep respect for the land. More than just a dish, paella is a shared ritual that evokes identity and belonging. This work invites us to discover an ancestral culinary tradition, where each flavor tells a story of life connected to the land and its roots, with the Albufera as the true protagonist.
