Robert Guédiguian He is an acclaimed French film director, born on December 3, 1953, in Marseille. He has directed films such as Marius et Jeannette, Marie-Jo et ses deux amours, À la place du cœur, Gloria Mundi, Et la fête continue!, and Les neiges du Kilimandjaro, among many others. He has won several awards, including the Special Jury Prize at the San Sebastián Film Festival in 1998 for À la place du cœur, the Golden Spike at the SEMINCI in Valladolid in 2011 for Les neiges du Kilimandjaro, the Lumière Prize in 1998 for Marius et Jeannette, and the European FIPRESCI Prize in 2011 for La ville est tranquille.
