Maria Castan de Manuel
She is a film editor based in Barcelona. She has worked as an editor for fiction and non-fiction projects by filmmakers such as Albert Serra, Neus Ballús, Jaume Claret Muxart or Xavi Puebla. As a director, she works with experimental and found footage, having directed short films and video essays for institutions and collectives such as CCCB in Barcelona, Matadero de Madrid, MAMbo Bologna or Los Detectives. She studied Film Theory and Video Editing at UPF, Barcelona.
