SYNOPSIS Samuel: Hollywood vs. Hollywood encapsulates the essence of the epic of a great man of cinema, Samuel Bronston. A dreamer with his feet on the ground, who believed in his destiny and played all his trump cards with passion, to build a film empire that shook the iron structures of Hollywood power. Bronston created in Spain a parallel Hollywood much bigger than the Californian one and that provoked the wrath of an industry that ended up devouring and destroying him.

He has shot, as a screenwriter and director, dozens of documentaries on five continents for National Geographic, Fox and Turner. His work has been recognized with numerous international awards, such as the Gold Medal for best documentary on history at the 2015 New York Festival for Directors at War (TCM).
