SYNOPSIS Andrzej lives with his family in a small town in Poland. He tries to be a good husband and father, but he feels increasingly uncomfortable in his body because it doesn't reflect his true identity.

They have been working together for over 20 years. Their debut Happy Man in 2000 and Stranger in 2004 were nominated for European Discovery at the EFA Awards. In 2008, 33 Scenes From Life won the Special Jury Prize at Locarno and in 2013, In The Name Of won the Teddy Award at the Berlinale. Their film Body won the Silver Bear for best director in 2015, and they won a second Silver Bear Grand Prix in 2018 with Mug. They have made films in English and French such as Elles in 2011; Infinite Storm in 2022; and The Other Lamb in 2019, with Juliette Binoche, Naomi Watts and Raffey Cassidy. Their film Never Gonna Snow Again in 2020 premiered at the Venice Film Festival and became the Polish Oscar Entry nominee.
