SYNOPSIS The documentary shows us and brings us closer to a network of strong, supportive women, led by Aminata Soucko, who are training to help other women who have survived female genital mutilation, like them, in order to prevent and eradicate the female genital mutilation and all forms of gender violence. Create a world where all women have rights. Aminata brings us closer to a reality that many women live, but it is also a song to life.

Marta López Plaza, Eduardo Peiró Porcel Born in Alzira in 1977, she began her career as a journalist at a local television station. After its closure, she decided to start her own production company, Visualem, in 2010. Since then, she has dedicated her work primarily to audiovisual projects with a marked social and political nature. She has created audiovisuals for social entities, universities and other institutions, always with the aim of giving voice and making visible the most vulnerable groups. In 2019, together with the cameraman and director Edu Peiró Porcel, she has made different documentary projects, such as Sabor de las flores, which narrates the life of chef Susi Díaz, or the short documentary Campos morados, which gives voice to the rural women of the region of the Serranía de Valencia.
