Every year, the team at Mugaritz works behind closed doors to design a gastronomic proposal that is vocally different every season—completely stripped back, almost starting from scratch. Each season is a leap into the unknown, a path full of questions and creative challenges, shared with curious diners who are invited to open their minds, not just their mouths.
