SYNOPSIS Berta, a mature upper-class woman, hires Alberto, an escort she meets with monthly in a hotel. One day, Alberto can't make it and sends Hugo, a younger, inexperienced guy from a modest background. Berta distrusts Hugo and insists that he leave, but he refuses, as he needs the money. From there, they embark on an emotional journey, discovering they have more in common than they thought.

Ceres Machado She born in Melilla in 1987 and based in Málaga, she was named one of the 10 promising talents in Spanish cinema by Variety at Cannes 2022. With an internationally recognized career, she premiered her debut feature, Reflejos en una habitación, starring Adriana Ozores. Her socially engaged filmography includes over 400 selections and 80 awards, with works such as Una mujer completa, Amateurs, Es violencia, Escribe cuando llegues, Génesis, and No me dejes así, which won the Silver Biznaga at Afirmando los derechos de las mujeres. She has worked with actors like Fernando Cayo, Nerea Camacho, Nacho Guerreros, Belinda Washington, Miguel Ángel Martín, and Roger Pera.
