SYNOPSIS Laida (Jone Laspiur) and Sambou (Sambou Diaby) are walking along the riverbank. Suddenly, they see two people trying to swim across it to reach the other side. Days later, a corpse is found during the exchange of sovereignty of the island. Which state will take responsibility?

Asier Urbieta He is a director and screenwriter from Errenteria (Guipúzcoa), Spain. He is the author of several award-winning short films, including Pim pam pum in 2008, which was selected at over 180 international festivals and won a total of 32 awards, as well as False Flag from 2017 and Arconada in 2014. In 2020, he wrote and directed the acclaimed series Altsasu, produced by EITB and TV3. The series, written in collaboration with Andoni de Carlos, an award-winning screenwriter who won a Goya for the screenplay of Handia, was very well received by both audiences and critics, prompting him to take the leap to feature film directing as a natural step in his career as a creator.
